Know the Truth

Can there be anything more fragile that the relationship with witnesses?

They have a way of disappearing as well as changing their recollection of times, dates and events. Underwriters Bureau uses the full resources of our detective agency to identify and locate missing witnesses. Once they can be contacted, we use professional interview techniques to reduce their observations to written statements thereby memorializing their account of relevant events.

Our mobile notary service may administer an oath and make a certificate thereof when it is necessary for the execution of any writing or document to be published under seal in accordance with 117.03 Florida Statutes.

In preparation to cross-examine witnesses at trial, Underwriters Bureau can furnish pertinent details germane to the character, reputation and reliability of the witness, including verification of suspected credentials and curriculum vitae of those who would offer expert witness testimony.

With proper appointment from the court, an Underwriters Bureau agent may serve your witness subpoena and deliver interrogatories to witnesses anywhere in the 7th judicial circuit. Currently the court does not certify process servers and the sheriff does not appoint special process servers, therefore, a motion and order is required on each matter to be served.
Underwriters Bureau turns data into information by creating presentation graphics based on case evidence and witness testimony.
