Underwriters Bureau can dispatch a bonded Notary Public anywhere in our service area to administer an oath, take an acknowledgment, attest to a photocopy, verify a VIN, or certify the contents of a safe-deposit box. Notaries employed by Underwriters Bureau are not attorneys licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. Our charges are $10.00 for each notarial act plus the appropriate service fee for travel, printing, copying and delivery as required.
Before any vehicle can be registered in Florida, if it is currently registered in another state, Florida Statute 320.02(3) requires the applicant to submit the appropriate form evidencing that a physical examination has been made by the owner and by a properly commissioned notary public certifying that the VIN shown on the form and the application is identical to the VIN shown on the motor vehicle.
We also provide notaries who are trained in collecting fingerprint cards for employment purposes and various background checks.
When using our Internet Ordering System, your office is up-to-date on the progress of each mobile notary service request through every step of the procedure.
