Know the Truth

Obtaining accurate physical measurements is essential to the underwriting process.

Our skilled field agents will photo-document conditions actually observed when performing inspections for our clients. Verified physical measurements such as height, weight, and quantity on hand, serial or other identification numbers, as well as any evident damages or shortages will be noted in the report.

Only when you know the truth can you fairly judge your risk.

The capability to correctly rate your exposure can not be overstated in writing proposed insurance contracts, collateralized loans, or contingent legal claims. We can quickly produce and electronically transmit photographic evidence and attested statements as needed for your portfolio managers. An Underwriters Bureau report can help you obtain the facts you need to accurately assess your exposure and properly value each proposed transaction.

Your office can track each request for on-site physical measurements beginning at the time of submission until delivery of the completed report. Authorized users have direct access to notes posted by our field agents and have the ability to attach and receive relevant documents, spreadsheets, or, photograph files from within the Internet based ordering system.
It is not possible to rely on applicant statements alone when evaluating property, casualty, auto and health risks.
Corroboration of actual physical measurements is critical.
